In the midst of an abrupt and devastating transition out of the Marine Corps in 2014, our founder, Ira Davis, found himself searching for purpose, direction, and clarity about what came next.
Then one day at two o’clock in the morning, a random skydiving video on YouTube changed everything.
As he watched ordinary people dive headfirst out of an aircraft at 13,000 feet into the unknown, he sensed God whisper something that would alter the course of his life forever:
“I want you to teach the biggest dreamers on the planet how to trust Me in the impossible just like this.”
In that moment, a revelation was born. Not about skydiving. About dangerous faith and radical obedience. About the pioneers, visionaries, entrepreneurs, pastors, innovators, and builders carrying God-given assignments that seemed impossible.
What began as a single moment of divine inspiration eventually became THE DREAMDIVER COMPANY, a faith-multiplying ecosystem designed to ignite dangerous faith and radical obedience in those called to build and birth transformational ventures.
Since our inception in 2018, we have dedicated ourselves to creating transformational experiences that help pioneers trust God more deeply as they pursue their calling more boldly. From diving out of airplanes with visionary founders to producing cinematic live events, our mission has remained the same, to ignite dangerous faith in the most audacious pioneers and visionaries on the planet.

It has always been our mission to make dangerous faith and radical obedience tangible in the lives of those called to birth transformational ventures, because at some point every pioneer in scripture had a catalytic faith encounter with God before stepping into the greatest levels of their assignment. (Moses, Peter, Jesus, Paul, etc you get the picture)
With that in mind, our entire ecosystem has been intentionally engineered to move faith-based pioneers beyond inspiration, beyond information, and beyond simply knowing what God said... and into courageous action, execution, and obedience.
